Almost stopped falling out cases (Counter-Strike: Global Offensive)

Before (a year or two ago) consistently had 2-3 case per week, plus a gun for higher rank. Then I for six months has thrown the COP and recently returned. But now almost stopped falling out cases. Two weeks lost a case and two guns for higher rank. It at all so or I one such lucky?
And it entered the beta test for Prime accounts. Maybe for all non-Prime cut loss cases?
