Steam does not download game (Sleeping Dogs)

When you install the game on Steam downloaded only 114 meters _CommonRedist folder. How to download the game?
PS. Same problem with Dying Light

Daring tries. steam ....., and install again.

Delete Steam, clean for example, Ccleaner'om and/or Reg organizer'om the registry and stuff, restart and re-install Steam

game with new graphics is only for 64 bit!
