Bug in the Witcher. (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

After beating the game I was expecting to see the ending of the game,and instead, there was a black screen,ending credits and there was no smell,and this black screen could be skipped , which I did.Then ended up in the kaer Morhen . Please tell me why my video is ending with black screen?

Try to re-take that moment, i.e., load the last save.

I think the matter in passing. In one embodiment, the passage of Blood and Wine sister kills the vampire, the witch goes to prison and his attempt to save so ends the quest most likely in the kaer Morhen
