Magic fashion (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)
1) Mod on an accelerated workshops castes spells2) mod to unlock movement during cast master spells the lightning storms
3) a Mod on animation idle\battle staffs
4) and generally good fashion to clear of the magician, the simple addition of magic, a La 300 new spells not interesting, for one because, only in place of the blue lightning green.

Accelerated castes is easy to do via Creation Kit to reduce the cast time of spells. At least one hand per second, and they kastui if desired. Just as for me, it's pointless - there are no such enemies or such a mass battle to have to use some ultra-powerful magic of mass destruction.
In fact, the master spell is absolutely useless, in addition to witching (trelly and eternal the Atronach). Can't imagine a situation in which you need to mass paralysis and firestorm. Just for fun.

this is the thing that spells the wizard is useless, so I want something like them apnut, and make them usable for ordinary opponents
