Artifacts

Karoch such a thing..
Suddenly, for no reason appeared artifacts..
Turn on the computer,enter the password and a few minutes of popping artifacts and restart.And so five times approximately,then again on the sixth artifacts appear for a few seconds and you can normally use the Windows..
Wood experimented, put both old and new.There is no difference.Any programs did not put..the card is not Overheating.The temperature is normal..No there is no dust in the system unit.
Config - i5 2400 , печ970..

The photo is not my monitor,but the artifacts are one to one..
