How to turn vibration on your controller in games? [budget controller]

Today take your cheap sansai HS GP-50(I'm not a rogue, there is an expensive Logitech being baud Xbox but there is no vibration ) so that, in the tests there is vibration normally, but in games - NO. :With
Xbox ce have not figured out how to set or it does not work just With
anyone help guys?

xbox ce should all work, try a different version.
