Very low FPS in the game (Battlefield 1)

System:
6600 i5 3.4 GHz
MSI gaming gtx 1060 x 6gb
DDR4 8gb
SSD
Windows 10 Pro (x64) (best experienced with headphones on different)
Nvidia driver 372.90

The actual problem, the fps in the game 15-25 be it campaign or multiplayer, so does not affect the quality of the graphics whether it's ultra or low. In some places in the campaign rises to 80 but it does not last long. Tried to disable antivirus, poking around in the driver settings, update the Director of IKS, etc., nothing helps.
Can was at whom such problem?

Uncles on i74790k+gtx 1070 12GB RAM SSD sags stupidly run grabbing a point in the beginning of the map up to 45-60 (although the patch is below 85 when uber explosions I myself have not seen, and was, on average, 110-130)
percent noticed uploaded to 85-99% at the same to the patch above 65% were not.
Wait for the patches =/ They worsen the schedule as it managed to degrade performance.
