I like the addition of Jack the Ripper (Assassin's Creed: Syndicate)

In the beginning after the intros and scenes with Jacob (which can be skipped by long pressing space bar) Jack jumps down from the roof and the scene stops. Closeup of the head of Jack, the building behind him, and the CAMERA is NOT SWITCHES. If you press escape, and there you can select only cancel and continue.
First there was a pirate version had this problem. After installing (and reinstalling) license - the problem remained.
Who is able to suggest anything?
