Install should have been off antivirals, especially when completely turned off firewall kinds of switch on machine, when you cut down any AntiVir. And if the fire ate steam DLL, you already in any quarantine will not find and copy-paste in the game folder make sure everything is off and antivirus is not just off and not working in the system, then the first launch, and then include antiviri and look for the second run of the game, if again this error - all questions to your approach
It remains only to reinstall the game, or download new working crack CPU
I somehow Repack all of nemos or hatab, including this one - works on 10-ke 64, despite the fact that DEMD I have bought on steam.
