Purely my opinion that we need to not only install on a DV server,but Ms. Ural,I think 3 servers(Moscow, Ms. Ural, far East)
would be enough for a good vosproizvedeniya games and reduce ping+unloading of the server(Moscow)
Well, th from the Urals? Irkutsk obl just between DV and Moscow, i.e. the center, put a server there and it will be normal and the far East and the Urals and the surrounding area.
