Weak PC or something with the game? (RAGE 2)
In General, encountered such a thing can not put in the settings the maximum resolution is all that! If you put everything on low and the resolution to 3840x2160 in the game everything becomes beautiful but the game just starts to lag and can not play! but if I put everything on high but the resolution to 2560x1440 I play I all soapy and unpleasant. in the subway the outcome all on max was. And by the way if you play on 2560x1440 and press TAB then the game can hover and fly. For some reason I will skenazy to the problem with the game and wait until its rules are not finished, what do you think? as I wrote metro at top speed passed.my PC

The card is weak.
For 4k at least, it's two 1080 or one 2080ti. And that was stock, it's either two 2080, preferably two 2080ti. Look at YouTube videos - you'll see how for this game and for other projects!

Well, if 20FPS and friezes for you for a reasonable level of play on health,the SSD got to do with it.
In General, if you bought a 4K Monique in this config you can only sympathize,but if reduce the resolution in order to improve performance, the image quality will decrease dramatically.
