Unknown NPC (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)
Hi, playing in sky since 2011. After the remaster I decided to pereproyti and 100+ level met here this PS. About it could not find anything.....mods on the NPCs are not set, put the unofficial patch, maybe because of him? All questions are answered the same and the dialogue begins.....

Perhaps it's due to the unofficial patches. I myself play on the patches and have seen many changes. But this PS I have not seen. This is probably one of the unused NPCs that shouldto present in the game, but they cut.

NOT the fact that because of the patch. I had something similar, though playing without patches, mods etc. this Might be one of the bugs in the game. For example I had a bug in which the dragon, after the murder did not die, but simply started to fly up and plummet down(Skyrim legendary edition)

I agree about the dragon. He, when I killed him, also did not poslushalas soul. This is a bug, but it is very rare
