How to open ports??

Actually as? I have a router tp-link, I go to the web interface on here this shit is 192.168.0.1, using the redirect virtual server is doing, they are displayed as enabled, but still to me the server cannot connect, because it is not. I didn't understand, but in my opinion you have not opened the port 27015(exactly between the 2nd(end 27014) and the 3rd generation(early 27016))
