The resolution of the monitor,and the number of FPS

I understand that the smaller the resolution,the more fps will give the game?The resolution of the monitor somehow compresses the quality of the textures,and the textures are not as sharp and clear as for example in the game in FullHD,or what?

There is nothing compresses. All easier. Resolution is the specified value of the number of pixels which should render the graphics card and all.

the reason is the engine to trace rays of multiple points monitor as long as they are somewhere they won't and never will be recalculated within color which is then the monitor will show as a picture. more points more respectively pickling shaders.
