Helped me with a similar problem change these lines in the file
DisplayFullscreen: 1,
DisplayFullscreenWidth: 1920,
DisplayFullscreenHeight: 1080,
DisplayWindowedWidth: 1920,
DisplayWindowedHeight: 1080,
originally
DisplayFullscreen: 0,
DisplayFullscreenWidth: 1920,
DisplayFullscreenHeight: 1080,
DisplayWindowedWidth: 1280,
DisplayWindowedHeight: 720,
