Purple skull I found in the sewer, ran to the police station, to the top of ball ladder, climbed up and there was a skull.

Violet [can't remember exactly where] is in the Sewer, and the Orange skull is behind the stairs that leads to the supermarket...
The altar for the Purple skull is in the abandoned house where you need to man to help get rid of the robbers...(I think not every abandoned building you were killing looters)
