Help with ps3

Recently encountered a problem in some games, jumping, changing, disappearing textures, and some actually crashes to the XMB. PS3 fat 80 gb, XDD replaced by 320 gb, tell me what to do?

I don't know,the model is prehistoric already,maybe not enough thermal paste
