spare card (Gwent: The Witcher Card Game)

in the section collection is spare card" and you can grind,what is this card and how to view them?

It's the extra cards, ie. you have in the deck can be 3 copies of the bronze card, 1 copy of silver and 1 copy of the gold card, everything else is a"spare card" and you can grind the scraps from which you create new maps!
