Not a full download of the video card
All welcome, not long ago I built a computer.Found:
RAM - Kingston DDR4-2666 8192MB PC4-21300 HyperX Fury
Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-Z170M-D3H
Processor - Intel Core i5-3.5 GHz 6600K
Graphics card - Gigabyte PCI-Ex GeForce GTX 1060 Xtreme Gaming 6GB
The unit - GameMax GP-650 650W
Remained from the old HDD to 1 TB if I'm not mistaken Sata 2
And just today I installed MSI Afterburner and saw that my graphics card is not fully loaded. For example in GTA 5 when speed driving saw the workload of 60-80%, ie as it jumps. But the FPS seems to be stable and normal.
I'm not understanding what the problem is, maybe you like that will help me. I would be very grateful. AT the request of lay out everything that is required for understanding. Thanks in advance to who will help.
and CPU usage?
according to my pitch reasons gta5 on ultra in full black hole to heat up the card completely. though not everywhere and most in nature.
causes underload card
insufficient processor performance for a given scene
features of the game or its bad optimization for the peck iron.usually the old epic Igors. if not the first
a separate case was radionovich there's something in the drivers has been the power saving mode so the map did nothing. could it be NVIDIA I know.

The reason is low resolution. Probably in legacy FullHD play. Put DSR in the NVIDIA driver settings (2K or 4K) and will gusenitsa card 100%.
I have 780ti in 1080p, too, will ship by 80%. As DSR 2K cut from 100% become.

Well, in fact he is outdated. How can I explain it. Soap is roughly. A lot of ladders in it and not enough definition by modern standards. I have a 27 inch 1080p and not enough for me, so I cut JEM clarity and smooth pictures. Just a 27 inch FullHD is visible pixels and ladders. Need at least 2K for a diagonal. And at 24 inches it can still normal.
My old Core i5-3570K GTX 1060 fully loads, so the problem is not the processor. Play with vertical sync?
Without vertical sync, maybe because of permissions? My monitor is an oldish resolution of 1366x768. May be this the reason?

1366x768 May be the reason?
Yes, in this. Try saying the dsr test, and immediately the download will jump.
FPS is good in principle, stable 60 like as well. But it's very confusing when you look at a jumping download of graphics card.
The campaign is right I assumed, it turned out excessive 1366x768 resolution for your video card
GTA 5 is, in additional settings, the resolution scale. Put x1.5 or x2. You have enough to load the map on 99-100%.
But DSR is not always going smoothly. Go into details I think it makes sense.
Just if the game is scaling - DSR as the 5th wheel.

The driver reads the system if a monitor with a native resolution of 1920-1080 60 Hz.the challenge for the graphics card would be for this monitor, if the monitor is 144 Hz 2K.that video card work for this monitor .In the nvidia control panel there is one feature-changing coefficient for changing the resolution can turn bad monitor for example in fullhd in games, this chip works 100% on the image in the browser don't look.
Anyway, went to GTA 5 raised the multiplier. Put in x2 if I am not mistaken. And saw that the video card is loaded at 99% for CPU relax:D So it's all probably due to permissions)
