Guys! how to: run Rockstar Games Launcher in offline mode? (Grand Theft Auto 5)

Guys! Does anyone know how to run Rockstar Games Launcher in offline mode? Not just GTA 5 or other games, and the client, say the incentive is a function of the offline mode in uplai, the origin, but anywhere it is, and then can't figure out how to do it!!!
