20% of the resources from what ? if the system is not an indicator .Video card pulls here and sets of fps.Setup graphs for a min throw can help ,although unlikely .On my calculator Pharming 17 on average 25-50 fps issues ,but here at minimum 20-40 and sometimes subsidence to 10 .The game is just on a graph is very demanding (especially when you bring)
