The transfer of properties (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Good day! I want to know is it possible in Skyrim to transfer properties of one thing to another ( I'm not talking about the enchantment) I play with a set of Dragonborn on the 13th level Dwarven reservation available to me...I would like any shifting characteristics of the Dwemer armor set Dragonborn... if you know then you can help really don't want to change your booking. hardcore and tired of the game
