The drop in fps on the new gtx 1070.
Recently (10.10.2016)bought the bakery: 1070 gtx,i7 6700,16 gb ram,1000gb HDD Seagate 120 Kingston SSD,650V PSU Cougar STX. At first, everything worked perfectly. Fps in DotA 180-200+,CS:GO 300-500,Overwatch, 100-150,80-120 Dead Rising 3+,the processor worked at 30-60%,and video card at 100%.After updating the drivers (375.70)fell fps in all games: 90-150 DotA,CS:GO 250+,Overwatch, 60-65,Dead Rising 3 50-80,and percents began to work at 100% and the graphics card is about 50%:in DotA and counter 20-40%.In benchmarked 100%.Temperature, as was, and remains: all games 48-68.This is most likely not due to drivers.Rolled them up 375.63 immediately,as there was this problem,but nothing has changed. To play all the games comfortably, but the indicators are not encouraging. Also, I gave all the parts to the service center, for collection PC. Try to find a program which will completely remove old video card driver and try to download the driver for 3-4 versions older than. It is also possible the problem is in the BIOS of the motherboard, and perhaps you play cracked games with the miners. The last option as already advised, it is changing the settings of the graphics card.

I have win10 there are no problems. There is likely a jamb in the driver settings.

Did you check that at the moment of the game? ie say 90% processor load is accounted for by a single process of the game? Or have you checked it without running the game?
Now I uninstalled the driver and installed it 372.54.DotA video card also works,but fps went up,and Dead Rising 3, the CPU runs at 50-60%,and video card at 75-95%.Geforce Expirience was removed and not reinstalled.
