Infinite loading (Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon)

At infinite load the game:
Start the game, when the download icon to open the task Manager (ctrl alt del) and close the process WmiPrvSE.exe if it starts again,close it again, the game will begin immediately.

When заsvj3istПри download the game in task Manager WmiPrvSE.exe not showing up so there is nothing to disable? Tried different Repack and crack no black screen and all endless download. The first time is that the game didn't run!
