How to tame a Quetzal (Quetzal) solo (ARK: Survival Evolved)

Tell me how to tame this beast alone? I like the bird with the Scorpion to euthanize 2 of the game day for them flying and to no avail. Maybe someone else knows a trick? I would be grateful for any advice on the topic)
