It was announced not once that in the Enhanced Edition will be Russian voice, where is she?

and when it was announced??? The developers have promised that will be read most of the dialogues and the screenplay (which they did), but never talked about the fact that the voice acting will be in all languages.

company 1C-SoftClub reported that the Russian localization will be added to the game with an automatic update of Steam before the end of July 2014. The voice acting localization does not.
