I can't view fashion in Steam (Cities: Skylines)

Hello, please help to solve one question. The point is that you can't see the list of all mods for Cities Skylines, this is the page where the right side is a list of all modifications to the game in the form of checkboxes, selecting which we filter all of the fashion criteria. Also can't find a preview page of all the mods in groups (hospitals, police, education, etc.), I can't find a link to this page, tell me where is this page and how to get it. There is also a page where a list of all mods and all mods in each group of mods. General view of mods, it was possible to navigate the pages 1,2,34 etc. now this is not possible, because the site does not find the page for the search criteria.
