Resolution issues

This garbage: I have a laptop HP Envy 15-k051er, resolution 1920x1080. Playing in the browser(Yandex or Chrome) on the site Fotostrana see the blurred image, and the scale 125. Only animations remain clear, and everything else is squares. If you set the scale to 100, the image will be clear, but very shallow. To become uncomfortable. My mom has a laptop ASUS X75V with a resolution of 1600x900, but on her fotostrana search everything in the image is OK - it's big, and not blurred. Tell me whether I have to do everything humanly?
