Game crash (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Crashes in the middle of Whiterun.
when you teleport in Dragon limit all crashes.
When I go through Vorota , near the gate all OK in the shop, or to go and so on, but should go further and still flight.

Tried disabling mods, though earlier all worked, does not help.

Try using the console to teleportals to Riverwood for example. Just enter coc riverwood in it. Then try to have an honest way to move to Whiterun.
