Of one of the most two coolers on Sapphire R9 270X 2GB - not working in normal mode. But if you manually via the Settings Crimson ver 15.12 include coolers above 80%, then both begin to work.
To upgrade company was the motherboard Biostar AMD 770 E3. as soon as I put the video card on the Asus Z-170 P, is only one cooler!! What is the problem and why is only one cooler ? Help solve the problem!

I had the msi 7870ghz (same as R9 270x). The cooler stopped working after 2.5 years. Included only 80%. Returned to service, the cooler replaced.

Don't see the problem is that the card itself runs a second cooler if necessary.
