Dungeon (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Strange question. As you complete quests the dungeon,if not a prisoner? Even if you can get to it by using cheats (which is impossible),I'm pretty sure that it is empty,so the primary testing local characters and scripts are not required for the current plot. I could be wrong,but at least look into it a free camera and see what's out there without jobs,no one bothers

Flew there with a camera. Prisoners and guards there,but only the ones for extras. Quest givers do not seem to be
