Need help in assembling PC

Would like to consult with those who are versed in the Assembly of components for the PC. So:
The suitability of the Intel Core i9-9960X X-Series 3.1 GHz to motherboard Asus TUF X299 Mark 1, or should I take a motherboard better?
Can a PC work well with that CPU and two graphics cards Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1080 Ti?
Pull it all the power supply 850 watt?
And how many coolers you need to put in your PC?
I really hope for someone's help because one of these days I will take his PC, and in this topic, I'm kettle, and not to consult with anyone :(

The fee will go, radiators are exactly enough for such a stove, the food chain, in theory, should also be OK (for this price).

Power supply 850 in theory should be enough end-to-end under full load, but when you consider that the efficiency of even the top blocks will be below the stated values, then there is a huge probability that this system at some point simply may not be enough power. So, less kilovatnik do not put, and with a better margin to take 1200W, given the voracious processor and two no less voracious 1080 ti.

With ohladom have to bother, can all pasted coolers, including the room where the computer and put a fire extinguisher nearby (just kidding)... the percent of tdp 165 + 2 vidyuhi 250, and with O. C and all 300 will probably be.

On the website I visit this Board you can see the official info about the CPU support www.asus.com/ru/Motherboards/TUF-X299-MARK-1/HelpDesk_CPU/ it says that the PERC i9-9960X is supported starting from version BIOS from 1602 and above.

You are sure that you will certainly need is two cards of the category not the new one? It may be better to take one 2080ti.

On the official website of NVIDIA for card 1080ti said power Consumption (W)250 W Recommended system power requirement (W) 600W www.nvidia.com/ru-ru/geforce/products/10series/geforce-gtx-1080-ti/ Therefore on two cards, the PERC and other hardware if enough, then in the butt. BP is operating at maximum capacity at least will be very hot. It is advisable to take the PSU with some headroom. I have a computer with two graphics cards to put the PSU with a capacity less than 1000W is not resolved.

First of all, iron is needed for such a spacious case. Shove it all in close Chinese bowl is not worth it. Good spacious case already come with fans and the places under them there are many. Exactly how much will be required of fans is hard to say, it is necessary to try. There is certainly one thing fans better to put a bigger size, and speed less. Otherwise, the noise zadolbali. Well, for percent will require serious cooling, because he already monstrous TDP of 165w. It's either monstrous cooler-tower (the largest you can find on sale) or dropsy is needed.
