Blur Quantum Break (Quantum Break)

Is it possible to remove blur in Quantum Break, already furious
version 1.7.0.
If you can remove this.......the problem then tell me how

If they meant to disable motion blur I also join the question. In the settings there is no such option.

in Steam version, you can simply delete or move a file \Quantum Break\data\shaders\build\pc\motionblur.obj

Played on windows 10 with a monitor with g-sync. Blur was not. Well, or I didn't notice it.
