All progress was deleted!! Why? (Dark Souls 3)

All my progress in the game removed all the Persians removed. The menu flaunts the inscription to start a new game. What new game I was NG++ and I wanted to check out the new dlsu. Came about a week ago everything was normal I went today, empty!!! HDE my progress! NO GOD! PLEASE NO!!! NOOOOOOOOOO!! What can you do in this situation tell me! How to go back? I litsuha.
