Star Wars and Skyrim (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Using Creation Kit through very simple manipulations add to the game a book with that spell of strangulation, and used it in the guise of a man. Only specially reduced mana cost and damage it - do not kill with siphon life, and to make fun of the victims - like a Rogue throw.
Maybe it is possible and through the console add - not tested.
