Please help me with GECK. (Fallout: New Vegas)

This problem. Downloaded the mod adds to the game very suitable minigun without an ammo box behind, but the damage it is too high (8400 sec), decided that in the geck to change it to 390-400 (closer to the Avendzher).
Downloaded, found it, started to change and faced with such trouble:
After all it's parameters closer to CZ57, his DPS becomes not 390 as his, and 3120. Tried to change almost all the stats (from capacity mags and rate of fire to Crete. chance and other things) has not helped.
Maybe I missed something, but MB in General there is not change.
