Good game. Better than Diablo 3 in my opinion. And do no Pay to Win, money can only cosmetic things and stuff you can buy.

There is a version for steam and without it. Create a text file command_line.txt with a parameter inside it-swa in the folder my documents\My Games\Path of Exile\.
