Road textures on the PS3 and XBOX360 and PC. (Grand Theft Auto 5)

On a PC ,with all graphics settings, the roads have no roughness to its texture, which is on Past-Gen versions. There the roads are really beautiful, and the textures have roughness on its surface. Screenshot:

A PC ,on any graphics settings, it's barely noticeable

Tell me if there is a mod that adds this effect!?
