Where to change the graphics settings? (Warhammer: Chaosbane)

I do not quite get where there to change the graphics settings? I saw only a change of screen resolution and all that's in the lantern?

In the game folder there is an exe file, but there's not much more(

max put reshade to remove soap, hand-drawn graphics are pseudo 3D and therefore not something to configure
