Which processor is better to buy?

See I have a AsRock FM2A55M-DGS
First, there is possible to put a Core i5?
And secondly it is better to buy one of the AMD FX series or all Core i5 ?
If FX then advise what kind of CPU, with the i5 too, I have lots of different series and each is different. It is necessary for a gaming PC.
