Does the SE DLC? (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition does it DLC such as Dawnguard, Hearthfire, Dragonborn.
Or they need to buy using the old version and they go into a Special Edition, or just do there is no DLC in the future? those who have it please tell me.
just want to buy it for DLS Dawnguard, and I think whether it will be in new edition or not.

The SE includes all of the DLC in LE
