In the beginning of the game almost all enemies drop broken things. You can press Alt to see all the unbroken things. Pressing Z will show all the discarded things including broken. But if you need neither broken nor usual(no additional properties) safely jMaki X. While pressing X will display items with the name of yellow, green, purple and blue.
