Yes and no!
After that, miles turns off the life support system Billy and kills him. Wallrider now without a master. He attacks miles and infused into his body. Badly wounded, with a broken leg miles limping towards the exit. Behind the door of his waiting soldiers and doctor Wernicke. The soldiers shoot him and he falls, Wernicke realizes that miles became the new owner of Varadero. The screen fades, and you can hear Wallrider (miles) kills soldiers. The game is over.

If you believe the information, that he became half a man. That is, on the one hand, it captured Wallrider(so he's practically dead) and alive, for the body remained. But the reason and the rest...It's kind of killed soldiers(judging by sounds). So, I think part 2 will appear. But I'm afraid we'll have to run from him, or even kill.
