Fort guardians of the sunrise (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Hi, decided to settle here in the Fort and as I understood the room's on the second floor (once you enter the Fort it will be on the left). In passing, it replenishes the environment and become better. Tried to find info but found none, so I ask here, trunks added to the room reserved and can be stored in them without fear that they will disappear and the second question - are There any mods to improve this room? Well, there are chests to add) Play the remaster......
