Problems with data center (Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Siege)

So the bottom line: always get on sbr (ping 250-400 in the game) data center, and ping on F10-1ms, tried to change the data center in .ini file on the weu, neu, but if my team consisted of players(my friends) that I threw into the battle and they were thrown away with the error of the network, yesterday in default, fell to weu, the question is: how to replicate this feat?
