Who knows you, maybe you have a RAM of 1-2 GB or processor bottom.

Two days ago I reinstalled Windows,I think this crap is due to the curve optimization under 10ку :/

Even I your PC can't call such harkabi: AMD fx6300 , GTX 750TI 8 GB RAM for this stuff... Just not your powerful and all, wanted to accelerate, but decided to slow down :)

Look,features, everything is relative to something else. My computer is powerful if you compare it with the requirements of the COP,and OFC weak if you compare it to something modern.

XS,now fps 100,sometimes up to 60 drops.Why normal don't know.

I think the dual core of 2.94 Hz is to blame. We can be there in the background, AntiVir works, or any other debris.

I have a similar problem!!! Sags FPS from 300 to 90. Characteristics of computer: i5 3470 3.2 GHz, 8 gb, gtx 980 g1 4GB. Temperature everywhere normal. Is good cooling. The only problem is the COP. in battle 4 on all max speed steadily from 120 to 150. are all wood. re-installed Windows, put the COP at 0. nothing helps.
