Upgrade PC

Good time of day. I wanted to ask is there any point in upgrading my old man:)
At the moment we have this configuration:
Processor - Intel core 2 duo e8400 3.6 ghz (overclocked, there is a nice coler master cooler v6)
Memory - 4gb ddr2 (4x1gb)
Motherboard - msi p43 neo
Video card - geforce gtx 650 1gb
Monitor resolution of 1280x1024

Upgrade is as follows: the processor, to replace core 2 quad q9550, it in turn overclock to 3.4 ghz, because it has a good cooler, above 3.4 ghz does not allow motherboard. The RAM to replace: 2 laths on 1gb on 2 laths on 2gb, total will be 6gb. The issue price 4000R.

To move to a new platform is not Finance. Computer use for games, for graphics not looking, the priority comfortable playing new games at a steady 30фпс:)
