How to make a speedometer in miles ? (Driver: San Francisco)

I have a license. In the settings put everything Russian(text and sound) and I have a speedometer in kilometers. What can I do ? I just totally annoying when in the game the story takes place in America,and the speedometer in kilometers.
PS Operating system is Windows 8.1.
