Not in this case. Textures are low resolution, like in Skyrim no pack with high textures. Even in the beginning you will notice that the armor from the Imperials soap, everything else too. Just tried legendary start, the textures are twice as good (with puck)

It moves most of txaa. Leave here a couple of screenshots to confirm, just turn off anti-aliasing in both versions.
