The problem with FPS (Battlefield 1)
Actually bought recently a GTX WINDFORCE OC 1060 6G and somehow upset after playing a new game.In the same battle on average sometimes drops to 40 fps.In other games basically the same fps different from those seen in the tests.
CPU AMD fx-8350 and 16GB of RAM.
What could be the problem?Maybe it's worth to carry back?

it's all because of the processor. The same wood I have. Try to podrzavati CPU and memory controller in it. A little bit will help.

CPU AMD fx-8350 apparently weak need at least i5 4-core Intel such as my config for medium 72-80 fps minimum, 60 fps:
i5-3470
GTX 960 (2 GB)
8 GB RAM
Monitor 60Hz 1920x1080
PS
For those who do not understand freezes in Battlefield 1 will appear in the result of the expansion of the paging file and without it even occurring crashes and other issues.
That is, the game is strongly unloaded to the swap file while it is on the hard drive which in turn is much slower than RAM, therefore, occur friezes.
on minimum download FPS from 60 to 30 in the movie is impossible to play some friezes
percent 3340
the GTX 750Ti
8 GB RAM
who knows what the problem is

In optimization. Your config even slightly below the official minimum.
Minimum system requirements
Processor (Intel): Intel Core i5 6600K
Video card (NVIDIA): NVIDIA GeForce® GTX 660 2 GB
Perhaps the situation will improve with patches. But maybe not.
If it is possible – CPU overclocking. On 3570 gave 20+ fps (average).
